Breath Enhancement Training courses help you to gain confidence in challenging ocean conditions. Whether it’s 3, 8 or 15ft waves that freak you out, this training is suitable for ocean-goers of all levels.
We go through specific pool drills which mimic surf conditions & these will train your body to be much more competent with wiping out, paddling or swimming out, hold downs & breath hold situations.
Not a surfer? Not a problem! We don’t only do breath holds & learn how to breathe better, we learn about better self regulation, self confidence & attention skills, you’ll leave with your tools in your belt to deal better with expectations, pressures & the challenges that come along with uncomfortable heart rates.
THIS COURSE IS PACKED WITH POWERFUL TOOLS, TIPS & TECHNIQUES YOU CAN APPLY IMMEDIATELY.
It will take your physical and psychological abilities to a new level, providing you with the confidence & composure to progress and truly enjoy your sport.
- Minimum age 12 years
- Steamer Wetsuit. You ‘could’ pack a spring suit as well, but 99.95% of people NEED the warmer option for an optimal experience.
- Goggles (not a dive mask), we do have spares
- Towel & Water bottle
- Bring fins if not a strong swimmer (at least you have the option to use/not use). If you have the ability to swim 100m unassisted you should be right.
